Breakfast is an not only the most important meal of the day, but it’s also a highlight of any Distinctive Inns of New England (DINE) stay. Escape to any of the nine DINE member inns and you’ll be treated to a fabulous breakfast served either fireside, by candlelight or bathed in the sunlight of a porch or sunroom. For many guests accustomed to getting up and preparing breakfast for the whole family, sitting down to a beautifully prepared breakfast at a DINE member inn is pure pampering.
We often get requests to share recipes. Here’s one from the Camden Maine Stay inn for a simple egg and spinach dish that’s easy to prepare and a real a crowd pleaser.
