We’ve decked the halls in DINE country

We’ve decked the halls with bows of holly and trimmed trees, gazebos and planters too.  The 11 Distinctive Inns of New England are ready to welcome holiday revelers for getaways to escape the holi-daze and to usher in the New Year.  Last week we took you on an armchair tour of some of our inns. This week, we’ll visit more of them offering a glimpse of the beautiful decorations you will see in the next few weeks.

However, before we go on, we would be remiss if we didn’t mention a great idea for your holiday gift giving.  If you’re still stuck on what to give that person on your list who has everything, let the Distinctive Inns of New England come to your rescue.  The gift of getaway is a one-size fits all perfect gift for that person who has everything but a reason for some R&R.  Each of the 11 Distinctive Inns of New England offers gift certificates which can still be ordered and delivered in time for your holiday giving.  Not sure if this is an ideal gift?  Read about the 5 reasons your gift of getaway will be the favorite gift this year on the DINE blog.

Now on to the rest of our tour.  It’s all about the holiday trees at the Manor on Golden Pond.  Stroll from room to room and admire a different tree in each room, and each has its own distinct personality, just like the lobby, library and pub in the inn.
