In a recent article in the AARP Bulletin entitled 10 Tips for Better Health author Nissa Simon suggested if your new year’s resolutions have you facing another rigorous regimen of diet and exercise, you’re bound to give up in less than a month. Instead, while the article suggested 10 healthy resolutions for better health we couldn’t help but notice that most of those ideas could be best achieved at any of the 11 Distinctive Inns of New England.
